Follows the scripted process outlined for discharge phone calls. Promotes service-oriented processes with all interactions. Indirect total, holistic nursing care of adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
Minimum Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure in the state of Georgia. Three years current clinical experience in acute health care setting with Medical, Surgical and Emergency Department experience preferred. Understanding of disease processes and current medication knowledge as well as attention to detail. Must be service oriented, critical thinker, work well with multiple departments and people and possess excellent communication skills with a positive vocal delivery. Current certification in BCLS.
